Are templates/scripts/swipe files useful to you?

There are many headline swipe files, subject lines swipe files, email templates, sales letter templates, telesales scripts floating around.

How many of you actually have them and use them on a daily basis?

Are they helpful to you? Or restricting you from your creativity?

    They are almost the same. A good book like Scientific Advertising or my Life In Advertising or a look through Gary Halbert's site I suspect will bring almost everything needed.

    I have been chuckling the last couple of days because one of the ads at the top when you log in to the WF is a variation on the Tova Borgnine space ad. Its like being in on an inside joke, that still works great.

    So I guess the answer to the question is - not so much for me.
