Do Solo Ads Really Work?

Hello Warriors,
I am new to this forum and am appreciating it a lot.I would like to ask if Solo Ads are really effective as a way to build your list and if so how can you effectively do this? I would appreciate some really productive answers.I really look forward to your replys.

    Obviously it depends on your offer and the quality of the provider but yes they do work.
    If you want more info i suggest you use the search button. There are tons of threads with lists of solo ad providers.

    Ofcourse they work. I have bought some solo ads from this forum. I would however advise to read the testimonies of teir current customers before buying any solo ad.

    Yes they do, and will continue for many years to come.

    But you need to get many things right in order to make this business model profitable, two main ones being: Good solo ad provider and a Good Sales Funnel.

    The goal of a Good Sales Funnel is to pay for the solo ad, so if you buy a solo ad for $100 you want the Funnel to make you $100, happens rarely but this is my main goal when buying solo ads.

    The real money will come from the emails you send to them (follow ups)

    But again non of this will happen if you don't have a good solo ad provider, and this job is something you must do yourself. however there is a lot of resources like Matt Bacak's Solo Ads Black Book that can get you started.

    Yes solo ads does work, but the person you are buying ads from should be trustworthy.

      any solo ad can buy using this amount..i know perhaps is a joke since solo ads at most cost few bucks to 20 or 40 bucks above depend how much clicks you want right

    Yes, they can work, I would suggest buying at least 1 WSO on the subject so you go about doing them right.

    You can look in the "Warrior Forum Classified Ads" section of this forum for solo ad sellers, just check the testimonials so you don't get burned.

        The funnel and offer have to be sizzling good. Don't expect traffic to dive in on something that has little perceived value.

        I see too often that blame for no sale is put on the solo ad seller. I flipped this around and asked myself how i could improve my funnel better.

        Strong funnel = your ticket to multiple sales from even a 50 click solo

      Never ever buy clicks from Jeff Casmer

      I had a really bad experience with 2500 guaranteed clicks from Jeff Casmer.
      I got ZERO optins to my landing page that usually gets around 30% optins with good traffic.

      When I complaint to Jeff not getting any optins at around 400 clicks, guess what???

      - he himself did input 4 optins to may page. How do I know that?

      * The were input shortly after each other
      * all 4 optins could be found on free email lists circulating on the internet.
      * all 4 optins were from same IP addres as Jeff sends his email

      Later I got 10 optins all from same IP address in Bangladesh, input within 6 minutes.
      8 of the emails could be found on free email list on the internet.
      So a total of 14 optins - ALL FAKE -
      no real optins, that was the final result from 2500 clicks from Jeff Cacmer.

    Solo's work but you should be very selective with whom you do solo ads with. For sellers, sure... absolutely great. For customers... you'll get alot of leads... but mostly recycled leads.

    I once had a subscriber from a solo ad with their name as: "yoursoloadproviderisaspammer".

    Solo ads work but you should always test to see which ones are good and which ones are not. This is a process that you have to go through to weed to good and the bad.

    It's not the "get rich quick" mechanism that many gurus are shoveling, and not the "easy ride fast cash hook" that many newbies are biting.

    Solo Ads work if you take the time to research who or where you're getting them from. Contact the provider and ask them at least 10 questions. Conv. rates, how often do you mail the list, do you offer free content to the list or just offers, How would you categorize the list...etc.? If they don't oblige or satisfy your needs then walk away...Only stick with reputable sellers. Reduce your risk to a minimum by doing your homework and being diligent.
