Backpage/Craigslist Conversions

Hope all is well.
I am wondering if any of you could give realistic percentages of the following for Backpage and Craigslist from personal experience, information you have read, or general statistical analysis of the industry.
First Backpage. If you could run the same ad 7 days a week in 100 cities (via software/outsource/etc) and you were promoting a affiliate product that would get you 20.00 for each sale (I am using 20.00 because I had asked a bunch of Warriors what the average commission they were promoting) how many sales a day would be possible? Do you think 1 for every 100 cites, 2, 3, 5?
The same scenario for Craigslist please.
I don't have any data here but thinking out loud five sales a day even if you paid an outsourcer would be 100.00 before expenses. When you take those off it still would leave a very nice part-time income. Is 5 too high?
