Imagine the control hackers could have over different things such as our Countries Infrastructure as seen in that video above...

When you Include the Gmail Accounts Hacked, and the over 2 million others compromised on Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Twitter, and other popular networking sites... You begin to wonder, am I one of them?

I do anyways.

When it comes to numbers like that along with your avid activity and user of them, the odds of being a victim keep increasing.

There is various numbers of 'Confirmed Compromised' accounts below.

The large breach of data was a result of many different maliciously installed key-logging based soft-wares placed on an unknown amount of computers worldwide.

Basically the 'Virus' captures log-in credentials and has been doing so for the past month, where it then sends usernames and passwords to hacker controlled servers where they begin to do what they wish... Can't be good.

"We don't have evidence they logged into these accounts, but they probably did,"
said John Miller, a security research manager at Trustwave.

Facebook and Twitter claim that they have requested 'password resets' for the users they can confirm that have been compromised... But the other networks like Google, LinkedIn, Yahoo haven't given a response on the situation.

They confirm the hackers campaign begun on October 21st and still is, or could be ongoing until they solve the problem.

Personally, my Anti-Virus has detected many malicious software files over the past 2 months... So I am not standing short of considering one of them part of this breach.

Do you want to know if your computer is infected? The best thing you can do is update your antivirus software, and/or if you don't have one consider finding a reputable software to use.

Solve the problem at its roots, to best ensure your security.

If your having trouble deciding, I know for a fact that AVG is one of the best Anti-Virus/Malware soft-wares out there!
