Suggest Article Submittion Software in 2013
I understand that article submittion does not work well for SEO nowadays , I also know that it is better to do it manually , etc.

Just a quick suggestion of article Submittion Software that can submit at least 100 articles with login details and 100% manual. Im talking specially about this :

I can pay up to 30 bucks for a software which does that .
have any of you try that one , Can I submit at least to 100 sites with no problems and automatically. Because I have seen that the guy has not updated his software for a long time so that is why Im a little sceptical.
