Sending a Real Estate Investment offer to a Make Money Online List

Hi, I'm thinking of buying some solo ads but it seems 95% of them are built for IM/MMO. For those of you who have done solo ads with a niche outside that area, how well do you think a related moneymaking niche that's not online (like real estate) will do on an IM/MMO list? I'm shooting for optins using a freebie/bribe.

    You need to find the list that is interested in your niche. As you are saying realestate, you can find publishers of realestate newsletters and buy solo ads from them. That way it is beneficial for you.

    I think you have a good enough intention but you're definitely focusing it in the wrong direction.

    Could you potentially market this to IMers? Sure and I'm sure a lot would be interested, but you'll still have to trigger the same buying reflexes that makes them IMers to begin with (in this case I'd say that you'd want to focus on how quick, repeatable, and potentially lucrative it is given the average user's proclivity for no work quick cash systems).
