Hello, so I have a lot of time on my hands and I would like to make another site but I'm not sure what to make it about or what to make.

Any suggestions?

    1st thing is what is your field ? and which type of website you want to build.
    If you are want to create website for informational purpose or business purpose
    if you are interested create one simple blog by using wordpress and its totally free.
    and if you are interested to create money making site than create one site and promote affiliate product and earn commission up to 80%
    So, lot of things are there 1st set up your mind what to do ? if you have time properly utilize it

    Maybe look at a site that is currently for sale on Flippa - buy cheap and then 'make your own'

    I suggest you build a good sales funnel first, then spend money on advertising and bring in target traffic to the sales funnel. This model has been proven, and the risk is low.

    If you were going to write a book, what book would you write?

    That might give you an idea of a site that could be enjoyable for you. But if you actually want to make money, that's a whole different discussion.

    You may have two options:
    Build a site in the same niche and experiment differently
    OR
    Try something very different of what you currently do, choose a different niche.

    If you want to start something of scale, there's really three areas you can do so; search, social and ecommerce. I've tried the first two and they're hard to do - if you're relying on ads you need serious scale in terms of users.

    Ecommerce is the most attractive of the three but probably also the most competitive with the least attractive economics - dealing with inventory and shipping is capital intensive.
