Best Way to Leverage Giving Away Stock Images?

Hi,
I'm a dentist and I own a web development firm for dentists. I was thinking of having my design team create some dental-website specific vector images for the firm to give away for free in order to drive more business.

What would be the best way to leverage this? And how could I license it?

1) Ideally I'm thinking that a registration is required (of course) to access the site.

But past that how could I use it for marketing? I don't want to make people link back to my main site if they use an image -- or should I?

Any suggestions are much appreciated!
Thanks!

You need something else to sell them, preferably a number of somethings, after you give them the images for free.

Or maybe, some images free, and more for a price.

Hubspot seem to do pretty well out of this kind of thing. They make you fill in some details like Name, Email, Company, Number of employees, Market etc. Then they send you a link to the download and sign you up to the mailing list.

So as long as you have a good follow up sequence, use it to get them in and let the sequence do the selling
