ezinearticles traffic

I've written 12 articles for 1 product. The articles went live last week. I'm not getting many views. The most I have is 25 views for 1 article.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe my product just doesn't draw interest. I don't know but the results have been horrible.

I used keywords that contained the product name and the words "buy", "scam" or "review". I used those keywords in the title as well.

Are the keywords ones that are searched frequently? It helps if you can find keyword phrases that receive a large number of searches and hopefully not too much competition. As far as getting views on EZA, it may be a tough crowd there but catchy article titles are often as effective (if not more so) than keyword based titles ... though combining these is sometimes a viable option.

    Just my two cents

hmmm...maybe analyze your writing style or your wording. Put yourself into the mind of someone who you think would be looking to buy the product.

What would they type into the search engine? Write articles for those phrases as well.

Also, what do you think they would want to stop and read if they were already ready to pull the trigger. Then, what if they needed a little convincing? Getting into your prospect's mind is crucial in these situations.

I would suggest that you double check you keywords with google and yahoo the BUM marketing way. See how many results come back to your specific keywords....if there are 10k + you will have a hard time ranking.

If your keywords are coming out with a small but optimal search (1000-5000) searches then I would do some testing on your Headline and your description intro...

Start with better keyword research methods.

Then try and write about the product being the solution to a problem that people who buy this product maybe having. Your results will be much better.

Also keep your articles around 300 words and include the keyword in the title and use it once per 100 words. Also make sure you target more then one keyword per article

      Hi Imnottherenow,
Articles that get high page views answer questions the people who will buy your stuff have.

I doubt the readers are immediately pulled in by a product name or the other keywords you've selected.

They don't want to buy a product they want to find an answer or a solution.

I'd focus on your headline first. If it doesn't draw reader in you won't get page view.

Then I'd focus on the first sentence because this sentence either gets them to read or they click away.

Then make good on the promise you make in your headline in your article.

Don't feel bad. Nobody's product draws interest. It's what your product does that draws interest

I usually get 50-200 views on day 1 of an article going live so I would say you are just not targeting keywords that are getting enough searches OR the competition is fierce that your article is being buried as soon as it goes live.

Well, maybe i'm not catering to the readers needs. I'm focusing too much on trying to make a sale vs. trying to solve a problem.

I believe I need to take another approach.

Is it niche product, or there are many other articles about product??
