PayDotCom works (you do not need to state or issue a refund)

However, it's just a front for a PayPal sale, and if a customer refutes a purchase with PayPal the almost always side with the customer.

What is "killing you"?

CB might result in a few more refunds...but if they are that high then it's time to look at your offering.

Maybe you should analyze your product.

Why are people requesting for refunds?

Do you state something on your sales page but not deliver?

Changing to another online processor will not change the amount of refunds you get if it has to do with your product!

Also if you use paypal, they charge a few when you receive payment PLUS if you issue a refund they also charge a fee for that. Hence you will always be losing.

Bottom line double check the quality of your product.

Hope that helps.

it is just a kind of cost of selling info products. Because clickbank is one of the top affiliate programs people use, so, maybe it is better to stay with clickbank while use other programs at the same time. but, do not just quit clickbank.

I agree with AverageGuy.

However you still need to check your product to make sure it lives up to it's claims. One of the worst thing for affiliates is to be getting refunds!

So if your refund rate is high you wont have too many affiliates for long!
