Isn't possible to use online without plastic payoneer card?

I already asked for send me payoneer plastic card twice for previous 4-5 months but have not received yet.

I want to get virtual us bank account to be paid directly by amazon etc so isn't it possible to register on amazon with payoneer bank name(first century bank) and ABA # in the very first email message that I received from payoneer?

And do you know that any other virtual us bank that can be used for the purpose?

    If you've been waiting 4 or 5 months have you contacted Payoneer to find out what the problem is? Did you send in any required identification or other documentation?

    If it were me and I was unsure of the status of my Payoneer account, I wouldn't be listing them as my payment source for Amazon or anyone else.

      I've chatted live with customer center persons a few times and they responded that I have to be paid by registering payoneer card from paypal etc therefore I tried out adding bank account several times by filling the blanks out with payoneer virtual bank name and ABA # on paypal but only to get a message "You cannot add a bank account at this time."
