Help! I need advice on writing an Ad for the "special offers" section

Hey guys!
So I wanna start off by saying that I'm being intentionally vague about my product and WILL NOT be selling to anyone until I place my paid ad. This is not an attempt to get a free disguised ad in. Warrior Forum is incredible, and it takes money to run this beast. I fully support that.

Ok, so I've been creating lists of people who have bought a bizop, mlm, network marketing, or other "make money from home/online" type thing. All of them have agreed (via fine print, I'm sure. But whatever) to have other companies contact them aside from their "parent company." I've developed relationships with several companies to obtain their customer data (above board, obviously) and I've had pretty decent success reselling it to telemarketing rooms that sell similar products or services. Statistically speaking, there are probably several Warriors on these lists due to their nature. I don't intend to market it as such, I only say that to give you helpful people some insight into the type of data I'm talking about here.

Anyways, here's my questions:
1) Do you think this type of data would be useful to fellow Warriors?
2) What price point do you think I should start at? I've found a happy medium with telemarketing companies, but I imagine this is a totally different situation.
3) Are there any legal issues that are not covered by the people agreeing to be contacted by other companies that I should be aware of, aside from those already covered by my current business model (selling the lists in bulk to telemarketing companies)?
4) Here's the big one: How should I present my product in my soon-to-be-placed ad in the Special Offers section? I've never been very strong in the "hype" department, but I understand the necessity of it. Nobody will see the quality of the data for themselves unless I can get them to try it out, after all.
5) Anything else that you would consider helpful advice for me? Although I've done quite a bit of work on this, I've come to realize that I'm a long way from knowing everything, so anything helpful would be greatly appreciated.

Moderators: If I've posted this in the wrong section, or have accidentally violated any rules in doing so, would you kindly let me know how to fix it? My intent is to comply with the rules, and I'd be happy to do whatever is necessary to make that happen.

Thanks in advance for all your help, guys!

If it contains email addresses, don't bother. In the event that the person approving the ads missed that fact and allowed it, the ad would be deleted immediately upon being reported. And, since you've been warned in advance, you'd likely be banned for it. Permanently, and under any future names we might find associated with you.

Selling email address lists is one of the Very Big No-nos here.

I won't comment on the rest without seeing the ad, but the above is quite dependable.

Thanks! You just saved me a huge headache. They do include email addresses currently, but it would be easy to delete that column in my spreadsheet before sending it off. Would that solve the problem, or does the fact that they once had email addresses permanently ban the lead? Also, is selling email addresses illegal, or just against the Warrior Forum rules? I'd hate to have a badge knock on my door for my dealings with the telemarketing rooms I currently service.

Any other "no-no" items? Currently the info I get is First Name, Last Name, Domain Name (if applicable), Email (which I will remove), Phone Number, Alt Phone Number (if applicable), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Date of Purchase and IP Address. Also, depending on the parent company and my deal with them, I sometimes get Amount Spent and am sometimes allowed to include the Parent Company name.

As far as the law, ask a lawyer. I ain't one.

It is definitely against forum policy. It's one of the Very Big Don'ts, even when we're certain there is no legal issue involved. I've banned otherwise legit sellers for exchanging addresses, without any cash being involved.

I'd personally suggest you find somewhere else to make that offer, if you insist on selling it at all. It WILL generate headaches for you and for your customers.

Not to mention that there may be legal issues involved beyond the question of email addresses. Impossible to comment on them in any concrete and authoritative way without examining the ToS of the sites the info was collected through.
