Why isn't my profile picture changing?
 

Can anybody tell me why my profile picture does not change, even if I have changed it in my UserCP? It still comes up as the "old" Petra. Kind of annoying...

Did you go to user cp, edit your details and then edit avatar?

That should do it.

It may be that your file size or file format is not excepted. What size picture are you trying to use? Also, what format are you trying to use (ie .. Gif, ping, etc ...)

Your old profile picture will age, but you will not. Don't change it or the aged picture will become you.

I had the same problem a little while ago. As mentioned above, you want to make sure you are working with the 'avatar". I was changing the "picture" which is inside the profile. Once I realized that, I was able to correct it.

Aaaaaah, I might have changed the picture only ! I will check it out straight away! Just wait until you see the new me!

Correct. Your 'avatar' and 'profile pic' are 2 different things. The armpit sniffer to the left is my avatar, go to my profile and you see a pic of me.
