Need Your Feedback...Vote On The Best Tagline!

Hey fellow warriors, it's been a long time!

I'll dispense with the small talk and get right to it:

I've been working on a project for someone and they need to decide which tagline to chose for their business.

Their business model is primarily focused on purchasing deeply discounted high end clothing items and flipping them for profits on eBay.

The 2 taglines I've come up with are:

1. Look Better. Spend Less.
2. Look Great. Spend Less.

Which of those do you warriors prefer?

Better than what? How do you know what someone already looks like?

I would go with "look great."

Also think about the "spend less" phrase. Spend less than what? Less (just like "better") is for comparisons between two alternatives.

I join Steve B and would say I also go with:

    2. Look Great. Spend Less.

I'd reverse the order. Spend less, look great.

it's gotta be...Look Great. Spend Less, not too sure about reversing the order though,

"Look Great. Spend Less." of the choices offered....
but a better choice is to reverse it like traveling guy suggested.

The order then would make more sense, since you SPEND LESS FIRST,
then the get the result, of LOOKING GREAT.

"Look better" sounds a bit insulting, as though you are ugly right now. It also isn't very descriptive, because it doesn't really define "better".

Definitely Number 2....Look Great is Clear, it tells people exactly what they are getting. As one of the other posters mentioned, when you say "Look Better", it is a little bit ambiguous. So, go with number 2

    Save Money! Look Amazing!

To me "save money" sounds better than "spend less."

I've got a little different take on this since you are marketing on ebay. The price will be obvious and if that is a good price or not is up to the buyer to decide especially in an environment like ebay so stick with the benefit of Look Great. The Men's Warehouse does this really well with the famous line. "You're going to like the way you look. I guarantee it" No mention of price yet we all know you pay less there.
