how much is this website worth

well the thing is that the website has only been registerd since the beggining of April. It has a great domain name and can give a buycheaplcdtvs.com domain with it. It has links from authority sites only hence having a google PR3 within a couple of months.

The traffic is low as ive only just started to add products. I have had 5 succesful sales in 3 days. before that the website hardly had any products on there.

Im going to keep it because it ranks better then my main site....hmmmm.. so its good to have a couple of sites---more streams of income.

The reason I was asking is because I feel after bringing this site to a PR3 in a couple of months that I could do the same for other sites. So was just asking to find out if this would be a lucrative way of making money on the side.

But I guess Page rank dont really count to how much a domain is worth!!

Its all about the keyword ranking- the number of visits to the site and your conversion....which this site lacks in...however the conversion is looking promising and I havnt even developed the site yet.

Im in the process of outsourcing a logo and header from a designer. Im sure you can see I aint done a good job, I suck at it.

I got into websites about 6-7 months ago but started to design or learn how to work with css and ecommerce sites like zencart. Im enjoying it and putting what I learn into action.
