Hi, I'm still a little knew to this internet marketing thing. For some reason I find it very difficult to drive traffic to my blogs. What are the best free ways to get traffic, PPC is expensive these days and I don't just want to do that. Please list.

If I may provide a little advice (and believe me, I'm saying this to be helpful and not hurtful), this same topic has been discussed many times here. You might want to use the forum's search feature and you'll likely find a ton of traffic tips!

Also, if you're not a War Room member, I encourage you to sign up ASAP. You'll find lots and lots of quality traffic help there.

Hi thanks for the tip, I am a member and I had already been looking around. I had a quick question. I don't know if you use Clickbank or not? But can you buy from your own referral link? I have seen a couple of posts here saying that you can?

If you have blogs (plural), it implies you can write. This means you can take advantage of article marketing.

Write articles about topics likely to be of interest to people you think will be interested in your blog. Each article must be unique, and submitted to a single article site such as ezinearticles.com (there are hundreds of article sites).

Each article should contain one contextual link back to your blog. Over time, you'll build a large number of contextual links for a single keyword phrase.

This will push your Blog up Google's ranking to the point where your blog will pick up 'pagerank' and 'trust' with Google. Once you have that, you can start using article marketing to link to earlier articles. This boosts their pagerank and trust, which flows back to your blog. It's a virtuous circle.

Article marketing pays off in the short term, because your articles will send you traffic. And it pays off in the long term (as long as you learn about contextual linking), because you get an increasing volume of traffic from search engines.

The first step is to pick the keyword phrase you're going to focus on. This is the text in your contextual link. You want this keyword phrase to be something people actually enter into search engines to find sites like your Blog. Use Google's keyword analysis tool to home in on the best word for you.

Start writing your own articles, or even source your article writer. Make sure you have done some keyword
    research
for the content and title. A few site's to check out
    Ezine Articles
    Squidoo
    Isnare
GoArticlesJust make sure you use the bio box to put your site in.

I also use Usfreeads, there is a small monthly subscription but if used properly the adverts will pay for
    themselves
    .
