Default Firefox - Great addons...

I've just been speaking with someone else in the forum about the advantages of Firefox when it comes to Internet Marketing. It got me think if there are some great firefox addons out there for us that I may be missing...

What are your favourite addons for Firefox and do you have a link to them?

It actually depends on what you need... SEO for example has a lot of good plugins like seo quake

I've found the Amazon S3 Firefox Organizer(S3Fox) very handy for interfacing with storage space:

You can get it here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3247

Funny though, I wasn't able to get it to work on XP, but I did on Windows '98

I like the SEOpen & Adsense Notifier plugins.
Sorry don't have the urls but found them
at the firefox plugins page.

SEOpen has alot of great seo research tools.

Adsense Notifier shows up to date Adsense
earnings every 20 minutes at the bottom
of your browser without having to login.

I'll Train You In the Lucrative Final Expense Insurance Business.

You should get the addon or plugin for Alexa so you can see the Alexa traffic rank. Its really cool because it sits out of the way in the bottom right corner of your browser.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5362

I would get the Gmail Manager addon if you use Gmail. There are other gmail notifiers but they either don't check multiple gmail accounts (even though one of them said it could do that) or you only get a 30 day free trial. The Gmail Manager addon is totally free and works.

Hello,

For a really good SEO Tool, I would suggest SearchStatus, which is located at:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/321

With this tool, you can see immediately if the page you are on has a PR rating and what it is. It will also tell you the Alexa Traffic count for the WebSite (domain).

There are many other tools built into this AddOn, so go check it out at:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/321

I have been using this tool for a year or more and it works great. Let me know if you like it or not.

To your health,
Edward Moore

The Warrior Forum Formater isn't bad. It doesn't fit totally with the new UBB code of the forum but it saves enough time to be worthwhile.

I don't know if your design your own web pages. If you do this CSS Viewer add-on is great for helping to flush out those pesky CSS gremlins!

I know they exist, but I'd like to hear firsthand from someone that is using a gmail addon for Firefox 3.0 that will allow you to create multiple signatures for outgoing mail.

Just made a thread about this add on, it's called "cool iris" previews. It cuts browsing time in half, literally. Especially on the WF.

Default Re: Firefox - Great addons...PayPal

Hello,

Well most all of us use PayPal, right? I know I use PayPal all the time for many things.

PayPal now has a Add-On for FireFox and it works great. Just goto your PayPal account, log in and on the left hand side you will see a link about it. Click on there and install it.

It will install a ToolBar with one icon on it. I turn this off in the "View" "ToolBars" (just uncheck it). This way it doesn't take up more of your screen. Then when you goto a page that has an order form, an automatic drop down box will come from the top and you can choose to have it fill in the form for you or you can click on the "X" in the top right and close it.

*** NOTE ***
Here is the coolest feature of all!!! This Add-On will allow you to create (on the fly) a new credit card for this purchase (if they are excepting credit cards on the order page). This way you don't have to use your regular card from PayPal or another credit card. They give you the option of making this new card for one time purchase or multiple purchases.

NOW, how cool is that???

Hope everyone will enjoy this Add-On as much as I have. Let me know what you think about it!

To your health,
Edward Moore

I can't find the download button for this one:
FireFTP - FTP Client
http://fireftp.mozdev.org/

I'm just missing it somehow or maybe there's not one.

Any clues?

Hello Lambert,

Here is the direct link to the FireFTP Page and just click on the button that says "Add to FireFox" and you will be set:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/684

Hope this helps you and anyone else who needs FireFTP. I have used it for over a year and it works well. You can even setup different profiles for different sites you may have as well, which is a big help.

To your health,
Edward Moore

I like Aaron Wall's "SEO for Firefox" addon. SEO for Firefox Extension: Free Search Engine Optimization Browser Plugin for Firefox

Provides a fair amount of information for each site on your result page for google organic searches.
