Question about pictures and copyrights
Hello, I'm just getting started and I was hoping someone could answer a few questions or give me a little advice.
Say, for example, I were creating a website in the healthy recipe niche and I wanted to post pictures of food with the recipe below it. I understand that using someone's picture is copyright infringement, but am I still able to use a creative commons picture from say Flickr? Also, would re-writing a recipe be considered infringement?
How about if I were to offer some of Amazon's products on my site, am I able to copy the product description and picture?
