Making Money with Pinterest Traffic

I have a lot of Pinterest traffic that I want to convert to $$.
There are a variety of methods to do this:
-Adsense
-affiliate programs (CJ, linkshare, peerfly, etc.)
-Grow email list
-Amazon Affiliates
-etc... the list goes on.
My question to the forum is this: How are you leveraging Pinterest to make money online? What methods do you use and what works best? Where would it be best to invest time - in order to convert pinterest traffic to $$?
Lastly... who out there is killing it on Pinterest!?!?
