When Is The Next Big Giveaway?

I may have a couple of ebooks ready by then to give away.

Which Giveaways have you had success with as far as:

1. Quantity of sign-ups

2. Response of the list after sending your first offer

Personally ive found having give-aways thats cost just $1 result in a more responsive list even if it is slightly smaller as the people on it are then more likely to buy from me in the future and the fact then still remains that they have paid for it (even though its only a small amount) and so they actually read it rather than just storing it away for later and never get round to actually opening it.

However it might vary depending on your niche and information that your giving away.

Mario Brown and his WSO about the frank kern mass control seminar which he gave away his notes for $1 is a prime example of this.

        Exactly!

But something like that you can easily justify paying a dollar for. However for example in the weight loss niche a free giveaway of a diet ebook would have to be given away for free and then you promote to them another ebook or product later that costs or can supplement the diet you gave them for free. The reason being as its so saturated with the same stuff for free that charging them would make them turn away.

Evaluate your market and the information that's already freely available and easy to find. Then make a decision.
