Starting my IM journey with $2000 FB Ads

After few months of watching finally decided to do something. I am noob and this is my first try
What I am going to :
Going to launch a 100% Free Dating Site with some twists. Of course , No Payment required to access full features.
What I already Did :
Already bought domain and script. And did all customizations and tested everything. Used Social Lock features to increase visibility.
Plans :
Promoting best Dating Offers
Outsourcing > Ebook > List Building
and Other few methods to monetize
I need help in :
I already bought few FB courses including cent clicks FB ads :p and all craps. So, decided to go with Facebook for promotion. I ran few test campaign and got good results.
Now, How should I promote my site?
Facebook Ads > Get Likes to page > Promote site through fan page
or
Facebook PPC to Site
FB ad budget $2k, US,Canada,UK and Australia
