re-sale rights feedback required..

Hi.

I'm new to offering my products with re-sale rights.

And I have three questions:

1. should I offer my exclusive info-products (for e.g. PDF reports in interview style format) with re-sell rights or private label rights?

2. can buyers sell such on ClickBank and paydotcom?

I mean... they're selling the same product, but maybe a different name...
So will CB and PDC allow such?

3. What are the rules and regulations for PLR?

    Hi there. Which do you want to do? If a buyer buys plr and changes the product content /title thats ok as long as you state they can. You let them know what they can do with it it's up to you. In other words you make the rules on plr if you are the original author.
