You can find solo ad providers in the Warrior Classified section http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...lassified-ads/

But whether they are good or not is a different question.

I suggest that you contact a solo ad provider before you buy anything.

Then you should get familiar with the solo ad market. You will see on the
testimonial pages the same faces appear over and over again.

Many of those often appearing faces are solo ad providers themselves and
those guys buy solo ads all the time.

Depending on what you want to achieve it is important that you write
    your own swipe.

A swipe is a short "sales letter" that is used to presell the visitor and
entice them to subscribe and ultimately buy from you or do the required
    action for your campaign.

Here is an example of such a short sales letter or swipe: http://www.warriorforum.com/copywrit...ml#post8803536

It is also important that you track your solo ad campaign.

It is not really possible to recommend vendors without knowing what your campaign is about.

A 'good solo ad provider' depends on many variables:
your niche and the niche their list covers
Whether you drive to your landing page or to a list recruitment page
Your ad content and whether the list members are used to such ads.

Your best bet would be to buy small packages and ramp up if you see results.

Trust your own data above all else.

Just my $.02, and a friendly word of advice.

Not all solo ad vendor created equal. I agree with JaiHyppo, try some lesser know solo ads provider. I have also seen good result from unpopular sellers. Just make sure to ask what kind of traffic they are sending, tier 1 75% top countries etc..

I've spent many thousands on solo ads... (Many have done MANY more)...

    But here's the thing.

I take my data very seriously.

There are people out there selling 100% fake traffic. And the funny part?

Many times, these people have STELLAR REVIEWS because people do NOT know what to look for in a quality solo.

99% of people buying solo ads are newbie or unable to determine fake (or low quality) traffic.

That's why I tell people to track your own data, and track religiously.

Sometimes, you'll hit a list that's GOLD. These are the people you add to your permanent rotation and continually buy from.

And when you find someone that sells fake traffic? Blacklist them, and never do business with them again. (An advanced tip, is that once you spot a few people selling FAKE traffic, you'll know what type of style they have and you'll be able to figure out with better propensity who sells fake traffic).

For example, one person that sends fake traffic has 70% USA traffic, so now, whenever I see 70% USA traffic, I am highly hesitant to buy from them.

The funny part is that many "piss poor" solo vendors have PERFECT ratings. People only look at their OPT-IN rate, NOT the overall responsiveness of the vendor. (To those that would question my logic, remember that people can fake signups in a million different ways. If you have experience with AI or automation, you'll be able to spot this if you look closely at your subscribers / IP range & overall responsiveness).

Me? I don't give a DAMN about opt-in rate, because that's on ME, not the solo ad vendor. I care more about the RESPONSIVENESS of the list - do they reply to my emails? Do they buy my stuff?

That's all I care to write about solos right now.

But remember this: If you don't take this dead serious and TRACK your own statistics, and have an awesome funnel in place? DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH SOLO ADS!!

    Hope this helps.

    Happy holidays, and many blessings
