Hi Guys, I am still a bit of a newbie but i have been learning fast for the past 3 months. Now that i understand the main traffic generation methods such as article marketing, video marketing and social bookmarking, Pings, RSS and the web 2 sites like squidoo and hub pages etc. Anyway...i was wondering what are the best tools for automating most of these tasks..especially article marketing, how do i get this out to various directories and blog networks and social bookmarked etc... What tools, networks or directory submitters are other more experienced marketers usinga to be able to wash rinse and repeat at speed? I saw some Howie Schwartz videos, then and read on here that he gives a lot of info but it seems like a lot of work for the apprentices, surely guys like Howie Schwartz has this sort of stuff all automated to be very fast? Any insight from the experienced marketing guys out there would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance Tony |

You're right Tony. I do all that stuff too - but automated. Sometimes it pays to do some things manually for the same reasons and wanting unique interesting content rather than crap, but it's easy to automate a lot of these things. I ran a WSO last year for some videos I made showing how to automate blog-bookmarking. As with all these things, there are a lot of options and you can cut and chop this stuff 1000 ways depending on your goals. No matter what else I'm doing, I almost always use a few tools to help. For example, with my blog - all posts get pinged and tweeted, all tweets go to my facebook account - and the cycle continues so that all new content gets as much distribution as possible automatically before I even use any tools. My personal blog is a different situation from most (of my other blogs) because I always type in the content manually. For other blogs I use a variety of tools and plugins to bring in content and to bookmark, get links, distribute the rss feeds etc. I'm actually creating a series of videos on exactly this right now, in fact, I only posted on my blog (manually) yesterday asking for contributions (questions) for what people want to see covered. I think the most popular tool for doing the autobookmarking thing is the free Onlywire plugin. I've actually paid people to create a bunch of accounts on lots of social bookmarking sites - so I have different accounts for different niches. The same for video sharing sites. This means that in a couple of minutes I can have 100's of bookmarks, hundreds of links, hundreds of videos online. I also use services such as Firepow This lets me manage lots of blogs from one interface, change a theme with a click of a mouse, auto-feed content from lots of sources and have it drip feed into the blogs. It's fairly expensive but it's well worth the money, it's a solid system and Andrew keeps it updated (it's about to get a whole new massive update), and I can choose which plugins to have on any blog with a few mouse clicks. It's truly impressive and I wish I'd built it myself. I actually considered having one made a long time ago but he's done such a good job I just use it. I also use TrafficGeyser, which again is fairly expensive - but gets me massive immediate (or timed) distribution> I find it great for getting videos out there. I see a lot of my videos all over the search engines for the terms I target and they get there right away. I also use Tube Mogul (just for the sake of spreading around my activities and not always just using one set tool. There are tons of plugins for doing cool things, again I've covered this stuff in videos in the past but if you're just starting out you might like to check out plugins like: caffenated content dupe destroyer uniqifer wpomatic feedwordpress And Onlywire as already stated. And have fun ![]() Andy |

Wow..That's an awesome reply! Thanks Andy, for taking the time to reply in detail. I will check all of these out. I know of some of them but some others are new to me and i will check them out. Great idea about the videos, as far as i can see this is the missing part of the puzzle for web 2 marketing, automation and ability to quickly wash rinse and repeat. Bot of course, being a newbie i don't know what i don't know ![]() I will jump over to your blog and put some suggestions on that post you mentioned. Once again thanks for the detailed reply! Tony |

Andy provided some good tools in there There are some tools that help with article spinning, bookmarking, submissions to web 2.0 sites. The one I use is SENuke. Its kind of pricy, but I use it quite a bit and it saves me a ton of time. |

How valuable is the social bookmarking aspect? I haven't really been doing that at all on any of my blog posts because I haven't learned the most effective way yet. |

| If you develop a solid strategy it can be VERY effective. I can't believe more people don't do this stuff, it's so easy to get set up to the point where it requires very little action to keep building on.
