Hi everyone,

Just wondered whether people thought the main answer to making big money online is building a customer database and gaining their trust before trying to sell to them?

Sorry if it sounds like a silly question im still fairly new to all this!

    While there are a lot of ways to promote I do not understand why anyone would not want to capture their visitors .

    Everything I do focuses on building a list .

    Building a relationship will help you get recurring sales from the same clients. Most marketers invest heavily in the traffic and lead acquisition phase while neglecting the relationship building phase.

    The result is a never ending rats-race to acquire more traffic and more leads. Many gurus have giant lists, but how many of those people are recurring buyers? Something to think about...
