From going live - how lond did it take you to make 1st Sale.

Hi there,

I have literally gone live in the last 48 hours, no sales yet.

Just wondering how long it took you from going live to making a sale.

    When I launch a site I use PPC and normally expect to make my first sales within 30 to 60 minutes. If it has been two days and the traffic has been good, you probably need to re-evaluate.

      Not been driving the traffic yet.

      PPC starts on Monday, in the meantime just tidying the site up.

    The first time I "went live" I thought all I had to do was hit the publish button and the world would find me. When no one found me, I realized I needed to start using techniques to drive traffic to my site.

    When you start driving the traffic, you'll start seeing results.

    I don't think it really matters how long the site's been up - surely the most important thing is how much traffic you've had?

    If you haven't made a sale in ages but you've only had a handful of visitors, then that's probably why...
