Fiverr competition is too strong?

This is what I feel...

while browsing those gigs "pretend" to be buyer...
I feel "zzzz" too many...


no wonder my gig don't even have a single visitor man..but weird..

i use twitter to announce my blog...I do noticed the visitors come

same apply for fiverr , I tweet it ..seem the dashboard never display any visitor impression...

I do post in pininterest , twitter , I just want to see the impression..

weird never got any impression..

whereas for my blog , I also post in pin interest and twitter..can see some visitors from there..

but for fiverr? didn't....My point is surely there are some impression but didn't have..because I just test..

I just curious how fiverr impressions works.

Fiverr is really popular and people are coming

out of the woodwork to create gigs.


Maybe that seller has better SEO

and will rank higher in the Fiverr search.


If the traffic can't find you then expect low sales.

It's all about standing out and offering something unique. Your gig description needs to shine. Use the tags with the right keywords to help people find your gig. Make sure your gig is in the right category (I've seen many gigs in the wrong category!).

And if you're doing graphic design, have some samples. This is very important if you're starting out and don't have any feedback to give you more credibility.

Selling on Fiverr is not easy. There's a lot of competition. It takes time, patience and a little marketing savvy.

If you do a little checking you will find "networks" created by people where they set up multiple profiles and then buy their own gigs and leave glowing feedback for themselves. If you go in writing gigs you will find that most of the gigs are part of these networks.

I have always believed that when the competition for anything is great, the best approach is to offer something so over-the-top that your offer stands out like a sore thumb.

If you offer something no one else is offering . . . immediately your offer can't be compared with any other product or service. An if what you're offering seems like a real bargain for the money, it will be seen as the only logical choice by the prospect.

Certainly, as others have said, you must promote what you're offering and give it some time to mature in the market. But if you can get a little creative and make an offer that is totally unique and over-the-top, you will begin to get the traction you need. Combine that with outstanding customer care and nurturing and you'll have more business than you can handle.

I have been a Fiverr member on two different accounts (selling the same product). Let me explain:

My first time there I created some gigs, worked hard to self-promote, became a member of the forums, and over delivered. I received my first sale within a day, and the numbers grew from there. I received an endorsement from a member of this website who used my gigs to help one of his Facebook banner sales (help his buyers tweak the template they purchased). Things were VERY BUSY for me, but real life took a turn and I had no more time and had to leave the system and everything I built.

My second time there, I have been a member for only two weeks. I have worked just as hard to create a name for myself again doing all the tricks to boost sales plus many other tricks. I have not had anywhere near the success or even the traffic at least looking. The market for graphic design is over saturated so I knew this was going to be hard. I finally got my first sale yesterday, but I worked hard for it (not just in the design, but in finding the sale and getting them on board with using Fiverr).

I think I offer beautiful graphics that are 100% fully custom and I know that there are a lot on there who are not. But what matters there do not matter in a typical situation. You have to keep working hard, tweaking your gigs to better SEO them, wait out the fact that this is probably a bad time of the year for most to purchase stuff, and self-promote. I hope to return to where I was at before I left, but I think this trip is going to be much harder!

A video did "help" me. My gig is shown of the first page near the top of my target section. It has not turned into a sale just yet, but what I am lacking is previous sales, feedback, and rating still. Before the video you scrolled forever to locate my gig. So we will see, but there was a noticeable difference in location once adding the video (which I was very proud of).

Does it matter what domain the website has because I've got some websites and blogs if you want to pick one and use it. The ones that are custom made for affiliates need to be configured on the back end. The instructions are right on the home page: NETHOMETOWN and this one just sits there looking stupid: League Tips

If you package your beauty tips into a software package that you upload to each customer's Google Drive, that would probably work. I have the software to do that and I need the practice anyway so let me know if you're interested in that. You can include PDF Reports, 3-4 Videos, Checklist they can download, another PDF with a list of what makeup to buy with your affiliate links.

You need to have a good scanner on your computer like Microsoft Essentials or Microsoft Defender and SpyBot Search & Destroy at Spybot - Search & Destroy from Safer-Networking Ltd. and they're all free.

Still working to modify my portfolio here. I have more specific ads in other places that I know have had hits/clicks...but they don't register at Fiverr. As I said, something is knowingly wrong on my end!
