I got in the webmaster tools a message that saying :

The website ahead contains malware!

How can i fix it ?
is this have any connection to links building or any bad links ?

    The most common times I have seen this is when an image is hosted on another site, this could very well be an ad.

    You should be able to find the link that is causing it and backtrack it on your site to see where it is coming from.
