I am currently working on repositioning a couple ebooks I wrote and sell through Clickbank for $47 and $66 into a big box of stuff (printed manuals, CD's, DVD's, etc.) that will probably sell for about $500.00. Initially I'll be doing a launch to my small list of about 3500 and will try to find JV's to promote it to their list too. Its a tight niche though. I like having Clickbanks affiliates promoting my materials, especially since my list is only 3400 people. The problem is that Clickbank doesn't process orders for physical products and I am wondering the best way to promote the big box of stuff? Perhaps offer everything in digital version so I can still sell it through Clickbank and then mail them the big box of stuff? Not sure if Clickbank will allow a $500 product though and am waiting for a call back from them. Or maybe continue offering the current $47 ebook and then try to upsell them to the $500 box of stuff on my Thank You page using Paypal as the order processor? What do you think? Have you done something like this? Thanks! Any and all feedback will be appreciated. Steve |

The upsell is probably something you should offer regardless because you can then profit more on the upsell after paying affiliate commissions for the digital version. You can still promote the hard version another way.

Anybody else have ideas for promoting a $500 physical product? Is it plausible to upsell someone from a $47.00 ebook all the way to a $500.00 physical product with printed manuals, cds, dvds, etc.? Steve |

At that price range wouldn't make sense to have a merchant account? Just wondering...

| In the first half of the year we are supposed to work for the taxman. I think that's a mistake. Help me to get rid of the taxman ASAP - thanks! (You, too, should make less mistakes!) | |

Have you tried PayDotCom.com? They allow physical products. Brian - |
