Affiliate Commision Question

I know SEO inside out, upside down, but when it comes to offering affiliate commisions for my products I'm not too far off novice level.

So.. when I attract affiliates to sell my products, and they start generating sales, what happens if a customer from their list requests a refund?

Does the affiliate keep all their commision and the money taken from my clickbank, or is the money taken from their clickbank account?

    I am not 100% sure with this, but I have seen from time to time in my account report that when someone refund the product it removes from my commission.

    But as I said I am not 100% sure if this is the case

      It's usually the affiliate who looses the commission, unless you specify otherwise.
