E-Books, would this work or?

This is something I have been wondering... People will take an article and rewrite it all the time for review or info affiliate sites.

What is to stop someone from making a website on a chosen niche. Buying one or two of some really good ebooks on it. Outsourcing the top 30 pages of these ebooks to a freelance writer, and telling him to re-write all 30 pages.

Sticking your new title on it and selling it on your website through paypal?

People do this with PLR content all the time, buy Private label rights products rework everything and sell it.

it's best to buy PLR turn it into a video course and sell it for 10 times more, new sales letter, new product name new everything.

The good thing about PLR is that it's ok to do that because that's what its made for

What you are describing is called "creating a derivative work", and falls under the umbrella of copyright infringement. It's still theft of intellectual property.

Any ethical freelancer would turn down the assignment, and the others would probably figure that since it was okay for you to steal from the original author, you'd be okay with them stealing from you and selling multiple copies.

"Honor among thieves" is an oxymoron.

It's against the law to shoplift, too, but it doesn't stop scumbags from doing it.

The law is there to stop people from doing this.

There are plenty of great PLR writers who offer this type of content so that you can do this legally. They write great ebooks and offer them for you to rewrite/reuse as you see fit. You would be better off using PLR to do this; or to start your own research on each subject.
