Need to setup a way on Paying my writers through a middle man

Alright.
I am constructing a site. And need writers. Problem is i dont want to be the person paying for them.
Is there anyway i can set up something were the writers submit the articles. I choose whether they go or not. And publish them. Through the article which was just published. The writers get paid per amount of views from something like adsense?

    I seriously doubt it. It sounded "almost doable" until you got to the paid per views part.

    I think no writer will agree with this kind of system. It's not possible.
