How I get an unlimited number of offline Clients

this is one of those super simple but effective strategies.

All I do is go to my local county clerk and get a list of all of the newly registered business for that month.

You can get access to all of there info including business address, home address, business phone number, home phone number.

Living near a big city like chicago there are always a good number of leads starting businesses each month..

First I mail them a letter then call to follow up and set up an appointment.

The county clerk is a good place to start for offline clients, every counties rules are a little different for getting the list some charge like 10 bucks for a lis while others let you acceess a public record for your self

Thanks for the tip NicholasB however this a known tactic amongst my camp.

There are many ways to execute a strategy with this list but I find the best way is to create an online form of advertisement (classified, city gateway portal etc.) then to market that to them.

For instance call them up and ask for an interview with the owner and as a result you will post a free ad on your website. If the individual is intrigued with online advertisement (and that is your niche; i.e. website design/development) than simply promote your services.

OR, you can simply head on over [if it's close-by] and speak in-person.

OR, have a mailing list setup and send flyers out. Then after a few days you can call up a few of them at a time and brand your service/product.

For example I used to manufacture counterfeit money detectors and I used to get a list of new vendors who would need these and simply pop-in with my product. I would say over 60% of the time I would get a sale.

    Just my 2cents

Phone books are outdated and it is best to get it first hand to avoid companies that have moved/changed numbers etc.

Plus it's really inexpensive. I used to do it 5x a month when I used to live in Orlando.
