Classified Ads question

Dear Warrior Members,

Which classified websites would you say you had the most bang for your buck? How much did you spend? And how many clicks or views were there to your ad? And one whose ads does not break down according to its demographics or location?

I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

The biggest bang for your buck comes from... free classifieds advertising sites. All traffic you get from your ad is free. Having said this, you also need to know that not all classified sites are equal. Most free sites (with a few remarkable exceptions) are full of spam. Some are outright unusable. Some are sad, empty cookie-cutter templates. So you need to be selective, and look for quality.

It is also interesting that you mention location. In today's online environment, a location-based advertising model is pretty obsolete. Anything you want to buy can be shipped anyplace from anywhere. Yet most classifieds sites still insist on the user specifying a location before showing any ads. Why is that?

Exactly. That's why I'm looking for classified sites that does not require on specifying a location. Cause the ad I'm thinking of promoting in them does not rely on a location.

And the reason I'm asking in here is cause when I asked in another net marketing forum, the replies included Craiglist and Backpage, both whom ads does rely on location.

      Thanks!

My local classified ads site give me the best result (sulit.com.ph). I am not doing any good in international classified ads sites as I am selling physical products and not digital..

Hands down, the best classified ads site you can leverage - is Craigslist.

Do some searches on here for "Craigslist" to see endless creative ways to exploit their free service. It's easy, fun and profitable.

Hmm, I'm still unsure on how I could utilize Craiglist. I'm really not looking to sell some tangible items. Instead, I'd just like to promote an affiliate program whereas the user doesn't even have to contact me. And that the visitor would just look at the ad and take the initiative on its own to join the program.

Please advise. I'd appreciate it. Thanks again in advance!

If you want to use classified advertising craigslist is your best bet in my opinion. And its free! There's also a newspaper site out there but I don't have the name off the top of my head and its where you have access to post classifieds to just about every paper in the country. You can use craiglist free traffic alone if you want to test a website for conversions. You can also us somebody like facebook ads to test a campaign as well. Adjust your text and images and just optimize or test your site

Craigslist, and it is not even close. To mass post you need VPNs, and a lot of CL accounts however. I'm sure there is a course on here somewhere.
