Legal Protection For My Service

My problem is somewhat mufti-faceted.

In a nutshell, I plan on executing a service for a small fee in a designated amount of time. Without giving too much away, the service could land someone in hot water if their identity was not verified beforehand.

I need (I think) a way to verify someones ID, have them sign a binding contract, and run a membership site.

Just trying to cover my bases.

I've seen things that sort of, kind of fit the bill, but not quite.

Any ideas?

You're being a bit too vague for a serious answer but, depending on your client's location, you could always have them send you the contract after is notarized. In the United States a notary verifies the person has a valid identification, that they signed the document, and that they witnessed first hand.
