Employment Niche Paid Traffic Sources

What are some good sources of paid traffic for the job seeker, employment niche? I'm building a new site and don't want to start this one relying on traffic from 'G'. I'm still implementing SEO techniques, but would prefer reliable, scalable traffic.

I know people get traffic from craigslist by posting fake job openings, but I don't agree with that. I would love to get CL traffic but not by deceiving people.

Any suggestions?

    Paid traffic can be brought from job sites like Monster, Careerbuilder, and whatever other local ones you have (for instance, a lot of states have a dedicated job search websites)

    Thanks ColdWriting. I've checked a few local county sites out. Their pricing model vs traffic stats weren't really practical. I'm targeting sources that I can test out with a couple hundred dollars and if things go well, then scale up.

    I'm searching for some pay per day/ pay per week sites, but no solid finds yet.
