Does the stats and analyzer website helpful

There are thousands of stats and analyzer websites available for SEO purpose. I've paid a few days to collect those website to post my site there. However, there's nothing traffic from those website at all. Does the stats and analyzer website really helpful for website traffic and indexing? I was quite doubt about it, but when I search on google, lots of stats and analyzer website result has high pagerank. Why google give them so much weights? What kind of stats and analyzer websites I should employed for my website SEO?

It could also help you determine the things that needs actions and improvements like keywords positions and search engine ranking. These tools are created with purpose and not just decorations. If you don't know how to use it then it could not be a help.
