Selling T-Shirts

I want to start selling fitness T-shirts and Tank tops from my fitness website/blog, i can design and add a shopping cart plugin. I just need to find someone to partner with to help with the design and printing of the shirt. I would rather not use websites like spreadshirt.com and Cafepress.com.

Does anyone have advice on doing something like this?

    Just look for printing shops locally, and ask them about the pricing and if they can ship directly to your customer as a white label. Also you can have them print out 10- or 20 shirts for you to have in stock, and ship them yourself.

      A vinyl cutter and heat press, look up uscutter on ebay or the web, they can have you up and running for about $500. The best money I ever spent. I have 5 trucks I needed decaled, it was WAY cheaper to buy the equipment and do it myself, now I do it for others. I also do shirts for my crew too.
