INTERNET MARKETING

when i try to access my site i got this message
"The connection has timed out" and i also cant access to wp-admin
i think this problem happen to my site about 1 hour ago so
is this problem with hosting (hostgator)or what ?
can you help me please
this my 1st earning site

I think it happened everywhere. I couldn't access the internet at all and I don't use those hosts. I think NYE was the cause and too many people online at once. Rare but it can happen.
