Word Press Tutorials for Marketers?

I've seen a couple WSO's that have some tutorials for WP, but are there any that go into a complete training on how to manipulate WP for Marketers? Also what about using WP to create websites for Business's as in the offline Niche, anything for that. I can do the normal thing and spend the time to read through everything but I was hoping to cut down on my learning curve a bit.

Well, I'm yet to see any "complete" course on Wordpress. Probably your best bet will be to pay for a couple of hours with a wordpress professional!

The best way to learn is doing yourself. I've learned that way, and your hold over things is much stronger when you sort out the ways that didn't work. You won't repeat the same mistakes, and if the same glitch appears again, you're more likely to solve it out in a flash.

Funny you should mention this right now because I'm in the middle of creating a comprehensive blogging product going into every detail of blogging and focusing on WP and all the best ways to configure and use it for business and IM.

There is a nice product from UBD called "Affiliate Theme" and I'm pretty sold on it and have been promoting it quite a lot. It really simplifies the creation of Affiliate Marketing Sites. If you can create a WordPress installation with Fantastico and do basic data entry you can make some really sharp looking Affiliate Sites really fast. The "Marketing" is still up to you. But that is not specific to Wordpress. You have to figure out how to get targeted customers to any site.

Yes Andy that is exactly what I am looking for. I do like videos as I can stop them and then do what I just saw and then rinse and repeat. I'd like any tips and tricks from adding affiliates to Rss feeds to videos etc. Anything that has to do with Internet Marketing and using WP for Business in General. I'll PM you as well.

It's not a tutorial in the traditional sense but there's a lot of WordPRess info in video at WordPress.tv.

A complete WordPress tutorial covering everything would be a huge book - and I mean huge!
