New Year Coaching

Hey Guys and Gals. Happy New Year! New Year to me means a Fresh Start.

I managed to have a New Year clear out and this is what I've done:

1) Unsubscribed from 100's of fake Gurus. Deleted 500 emails so that I have almost 10, mainly from my Mom.

2) Deleted around 28 old WSO from my desktop that were worthless and just gathering dust. Desktop looks neat and tidy.

3) Wrote my 2014 Goals on my desktop so that I'm reminded of where I want to be in 6 months and how much I should be earning. Also wrote down the big enough 'Why'.

4) Getting rid of all distractions so that I can focus and take action.

All I need now is one program/method/system that will get me earning a consistent income. Any suggestions and why?

    Your request is so vague that you will get 10 different answers and end up confused!

    What you should ideally do is find something that you enjoy and investigate how to make an income out of that.

    put the right offer in front of the right people at the right time...


    Build a list, establish trust and focus on repeat buyers. Everyday, make sure you are marketing an offer to the right group of people generating new leads and new customers everyday, also make sure you are getting your buyers to buy more stuff.

    High end affiliate marketing is an easy way to get started, products that pay a few hundred to a few thousand per sale is one of the ways I love to make money.

    Make sure you pay attention to the principles and basics of making money in any business which I have touched on here.

    Anything else is just noise from pretend experts trying to make a sale.

    Remember all successful businesses put the right offer, in front of the right people, at the right time, and have selling systems in place to capture convert and raise the life time value of the customer.

      Hey Nicholas, thanks man. Great advice especially as I'm starting fresh this year and recovered from info overload. IM is a strange animal and the saying 'Suvival of the fittest' sure is true in this profession.

    You already deleted 28 WSOs that you consider worthless and now you're ready for another round. I suggest you put a hold on spending and decide for yourself exactly what kind of online business you'd like to create. Many of these WSO "methods" are here today and gone tomorrow. A flash in the pan. You should want to build a sustainable online business that produces for you year after year.

    Once you've decided the route to take, then buy what you need to make that happen. Otherwise, you're just going to end up next New Years with another 28 or more WSO to delete from your desktop and nothing much to show for it.

      @trustedmarketer, I think you should seriously consider what sbucciarel has said.
      You will get tons of answers from people and you will be confused with tons of suggestions.
      Better you calm yourself and decide yourself where you want to go.....

      But this time don't subscribe to 100's of gurus; subscribing to them will not help you in any way
      and don't put 28 WSO's on your desktop. WSO's will not take action themselves from your desktop.
      You need to put them in action. Put serious efforts in what ever you do.
      You will see a difference.

        Whatever method you choose and from whomever you purchase it, look not only at the content of that method but study how it is delivered to you. Don't just read the follow up emails but analyze why they say what they do and why they were sent in the order they were...
        Pick someone you admire (for me it's Kenster and Eric Louviere) and watch how they what they do and model it.

          Good job getting rid of the clutter. I need to do a little more of that myself.

          You may want to stop buying WSO's and join the War Room. With a one time payment you will have access to plenty of good information you can use to find one way to make money in 2014.

    Happy New Year!
    I'm a beginning blogger who is working on building a list of people who are looking to make money online. My training consists of learning how to build a blog, grow a list of people who are interested in my niche. Send emails to them that help them, inform them and then promote to them products (mine or another person’s) that help them solve a problem or achieve their goals.
    I will care for and help the people on my list. This is also said to provide a long term stream of people to sell products to.
    I just need to post interesting, helpful posts to my blog and then post in forums and other people’s blogs to drive traffic to my blog and to my opt in page and build my list. I will both create and sell products and promote other people's products.

    Great start - the next thing you want to do is focus on what "type" of internet business you want to run (sell your own products, sell other people's stuff, sell tangible, sell information, market a service, content + ads, etc...). These are all viable models, what you want to do if find out which one matches your skills, interests and abilities

    Next, you dig into 2-3 markets and find a compelling play (depends on the model you go with above - Ex if you want to produce info products, then the market research differs versus if you want to open several Amazon stores)

    From there, you can work out specific plans once you have your market and model. It's also at that point where you can refine your coaching decision - you ideally want to go with someone that has specialized in the path into which you are heading.

    This is exactly what you do NOT need!

    You have already received some great advice from others on what you must do first.

    I will add my vote that the system and method is determined by YOUR skills, what you like and what you want. Any decent method or system that works for me is something I have built or refined myself, not something I bought or got from someone else. The trick is to learn from others but know how to apply what works for you and what does not.

    I could hand someone my exact systems and methods and in 6 months they would be broke because they are different. This is the fundamental flaw with buying products that teach you how to make money.
