Problem playing a video

I have a video -- a recorded skype conversation. In the skype conversation, I had my earphones on.

When I play it on RealPlayer on my Mac, it works fine.

If I upload it to youtube or vimeo, the video plays my voice, but not the other person's voice.

When I send the video to someone else (via dropbox or as a skype-file-send), and she plays it on her PC, it also doesn't play the other person's voice.

I need to send the file so she can hear both voices.

I need to know how to resolve this, and how to resolve it with other videos, too.

I have iMovie and other programs that come with Mac - maybe there's some way of converting it with that...

    What did you record it with? It sounds like there were 2 audio tracks or a left and right audio track and you are only saving one when you output the file.

    I recorded it with Skype Call Recorder.

    Do you know how I save them both? Or combine all into one audio track?

    I have applications that come with Mac -- like iMovie.
