Hello there,

I bought the samsung tab 3 today, and I was wondering if there are ways to make money with a tablet. I'm not talking about starting a blog, or something like that.

    Yes, there's every way you can make money on any other device that connects to the internet.

    It doesn't matter if it's a tablet, a smart phone, a PC, a Mac, or a Playstation, the methods are all the same. The tools you use to accomplish may vary but none of the methods do.

      As of right now iOS and Android tablets are for consuming material and there aren't any good options on the production end of things. You can get a bluetooth keyboard for word processing apps, but that's about the extent of it.

      Web professionals (especially those who work solo) need a full range of function that we do not see in iOS and Android. The barrier is a lack of computing power and limited functionality of those mobile operating systems.

      Tablets with full Windows 8 are of course an option.

      Please explain how on earth you can make money online using only a tablet/playstation/cell phone etc?

        Ok I will tell you how it is possible, but it's not the most comfortable way of doing things.

        Let's say you want to make a WordPress site, most hosts have an automated installer, use it to install WordPress. Once it's installed you can download themes and plugins straight from your dashboard. You can add any content you want because it's web based.

        Another one is selling stuff on eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or any similar site you can easily upload pictures and add the product details from most devices.

        There you go. Really if it has a web based interface it's not that hard, it just takes longer than if you do it on a computer due to the keyboard.

    Indeed there is, and it's very successful in a world where mobile devices are becoming even more commonplace than laptops or desktops. It's called mobile marketing and the most effective form of it is SaaS/SMS mobile marketing.

    Although I love tablets for browsing the internet, I really do not like to WORK from one. When I'm working, a lot of what I do involves fast typing, website editing/updating, file uploading, etc.

    However, as far as keeping an eye on things...surely a tablet is great for me!

    As to those who primarily work from tablets (not laptops), I'm interested in hearing about how they go about doing so.

    Master your tablet and create a guide/tutorial/walktrough etc and sell it. Like how to's or something. Your question is vague so I am giving you a better suggestion. You may discover something about your tablet that others may don't know yet.. Sell that information.

    It will be good monitoring auctions sites and whenever you get a chance bid and win...this can be profitable business as well.... as tab is with you when you are sleeping, you can set alarm according to auction ending times.

    If you own a forum, you could easily manage your forum from your tablet, assuming access to the internet and that could be a good money maker. Or, you could publish articles online at revenue sharing sites. Another good way to earn money though slow if you are not a natural born writer or just starting out.

    Ya you will need to create a website in order to make money with your tablet, unless you are just sending mobile traffic straight to affiliate offers which I would not recommend because you aren't building an asset. If you can create videos with your tablet then you could review products, apps, and other tools and upload those videos to YouTube with your affiliate link underneath. If you want to create a long-term sustainable business though you will need to either build a site or outsource the development. It's super cheap to outsource a wordpress website so I would definitely suggest doing that if you don't want to create one yourself.

    GetResponse has an App you can use for your tablet.

    You will need at least a one page website for your opt-in form (unless you have GR host your optin form for you).

    Sending emails is easy from a tablet.
