Need help(Why my keywords ranked only in google.com and i am working for google.co.uk)

I have a website that target for UK audience. I am doing SEO for this website from 7 months. Before google penguin 2.1 my website ranked very well in google.co.uk search engine but after that all keywords lost ranking from UK search engine. I did work hard after Penguin 2.1( removed all bad links, Changed content) but now i am facing a new problem that mostly keywords in searching only in google.com not in google.co.uk . Can any one please help or suggest what i do for gain ranking back in google,co,uk...

    How targeted is your audience? The KWR should be done with the demographics in consideration, c/w psychographics for your target location so that you get audience from UK.Target specific keywords for this.

      I am target keyword on location based and worldwide but before penguin update all keywords ranked in UK but now just opposite.
