Should I mention price in homepage slide/banner?

I am setting up my website to sell business cards and I need some advice on what would be best to put on the homepage slides to help sell. It currently only has a random picture (im not selling Colgate!)

I was thinking of putting a picture of a couple of samples and the price of an offer for x amount of business cards.

Or would it be better to not mention price but instead, how I can help there business?

Any help or criticism would be great!

If you are using the slider to show design, then no you don't have to have price. You will have to have price somewhere. Most printed material sites have a "Price" page.

    Hope that Helps!

The "right" answer is test both

Split test two banners - one with a price and one without it. In fact, split test every hypothesis you may have!

The guys have pretty much answered your question here and I agree. Go with one way, and after a while switch to a different way. That's the best way to find out what'll work the best for you.
