Because I want to use MRR products does this mean when packaging them with my own products I need to state on the salespage, that the other parts are of someone elses design. As in on the salespage have an image of the product, or can I simply say.. Vidoes showing you how to do it.. (these are the MRR) Thanks I thought I'd upadte this.. My package = software box cover.. part of this is MRR videos, am I allowed to do this? |

Every MRR package has terms and condition in a notepad file...It has all the details on how to use it. Try to look for it.

The instructions aren't clear.. May be packaged with your own products.. to me this hasn't spelled it out enough to say "When packaging with own products you are or are not allowed to do such and such" If it did I wouldn't aks here, that's why I asked. |

Would be nice if everyone did include a "what you can and cannot do" rights/license file, but that simply isn't always the case. Normally, when I read the sentence: "Can be packaged with other products". I take it to mean just that. The product can be packaged in a set with other products, whether those be your own, or a collection of different authored MRR products. The terminology used is quite vague and I can fully understand your confusion. You're not alone there as I've answered countless emails about this very thing from people who are members to my own MRR/PLR site. The best course of advice I can give you is to try and get in touch with the product creator and see if what you aim to do is allowable. Getting a response back? Well that's hit or miss in my experience. There are some MRR products that will set certain limitations as far as packaging goes, i.e. - how many products can be bundled with it, how many products from a certain author are allowed to be added into a package, a certain pricing point, etc., but those terms are made very clear. And, I see nothing wrong with wanting to place in your own licensing terms/info file to pass along to your customers. That would more than likely help them in the long run. Tracy

It's not clear enough for any come backs on me, after a long hard think, because afterall it does say "can be packaged as part of your own products"
