No, you would have to steal the video as your own to make money from it but that would be a highly unethical and illegal move on your part.

You could simply put ads on the webpage that you embed the video on and monetize that way, as long as you still give attribution to the author/uploader of the video.

Not directly, by which I mean people watching the video itself. Any ad revenue from YouTube will be going to the person who's video you use. Unless you steal the video, which as mentioned above is illegal and unethical.

On the other hand you can certainly profit from it, as you place it on your site. It's just another piece of content on your blog, so you have got the ads on the side/top of your own site.

Besides that, try adding a ps. line at the bottom of the post with an offer for an extra way you could profit.

    Hope that helps,

You can. Here are a few options:

    1. You can add some Adsense ads around it. But also include your own original text.
Google Adsense doesn't like if the only content on your site is a Youtube video.

    2. You can find a premium video, embed it on your website and use content locking.
Anyone who want to watch the video will have to complete a survey to unlock it.
And you will make money from that.

    3. Find a video with a plugin or a software that has an affiliate program and embed that video on your site. And of course don't forget to include your affiliate link below the video

You'll be giving more views and possibly money to the original uploader. You can make money but it would be through a separate offer/promotion that you have on your site.
