How do you recruit affiliates for your wsos?

Hi guys

Do any of you have any good tips on how to recruit affiliates for your wsos or other internet products?
I've launched one product so far but I wasn't quite satisfied with the number of sales I got so now I'm looking for a method to recruit affiliates and increase my sales.
So do any of you have any tips? Do you use earlybird offers, or anything of that sort?

Thanks for all answers,
Evan Munthe

I've never sold a WSO but I've bought enough to know that affiliates for one probably wouldn't net you many more sales than just having a quality product with lots of discussion from your buyers.

More generally, though, you can get affiliates right here at the Warrior Forum. This has always been a great place for my past projects and I'd recommend two things:

a)Use your signature as an appeal for affiliates and not as a direct sales method. This forum is teeming with industry professionals and they keep their eyes open for competition. Fortunately though, it isn't to be cutthroat but rather to form symbiotic relationships that ensure everyone wins. There seems to be an underlying vibe of "us vs. them", 'markerters' vs. 'customers' and you can use this to your advantage in gaining new contacts.

    b) Warrior Joint Ventures. This is a forum here and, if you're willing to maybe willing to work with just one or two other partners instead of a vast number of affiliates, you can do just as well and, in my experience, even better than hoping for a pyramid of underlings. Create a division of labor or profit sharing structure that favors the people who have the contacts and let them crush it for you.

I disagree. I can't think of a better way to increase sales by tapping into a buyers list of an affiliate. Getting someone to promote for you is the tricky part. Be prepared to do something in exchange.

If you promote affiliate offers yourself and sell a lot, you can ask
vendors to reciprocate and promote your stuff.

Another factor that attract serious affiliates is a high EPC ($1 or over).
If you use Warrior+ or JVZoo and your offer convert well, many affiliates will jump on to promote your offer.

Use your existing list of buyers on the launch date to achieve that high EPC.

The key is to get as much exposure for your launch as possible...

    This might help...

To attract affiliates, you need to give them what they want.....sounds simple right?

Wso affiliates want money, so if it's affiliates you want for your wso, then here are some tips...

-Offer 100%, or at least 75% commission
-Have at least 1 upsell offering at least 50% commission
-Find other warriors in the warrior forum that have sold a similar product in your niche and allow them 1st crack and sending an email to their list for commission. If you only make a few sales, this will show affiliates that your product does sell. This will also allow you to get testimonials from buyers (stronger) instead of "reviewers" (weaker).
-Make your wso price on the higher end ex. $15, $17, $21, etc....affiliates know that there's potential to make significant money...as opposed to 75% of $7.

      My 2 cents.

The higher your EPCs, the better chance you have of getting affiliates. First off, I'll say use WarriorPLUS - I say this because I use it.

    Get the high EPCs.

Do that by using an Early Bird offer AND listing on MunchEye
