A Total Nightmare - Adtrackzgold
I am going through an absolute nightmare of a situation with Adtrackzgold right now and I hope that if someone is experiencing similar issues with this plugin they can enlighten me on the fix.
The plugin essentially stopped recording clicks for me within the last 24-48 hours.
I was sent an email with a 'bug fix' from the company, and I installed the fixes without reinstalling the plugin as directed in the email I received from them.
The plugin is still not working. When I am given the tracking link from the customer I create my own through Adtrackz and use that in the swipe. Standard stuff.
When someone clicks on the link they are sent to a bunch of SQL error messages.
I have tons of clicks that are supposed to go out and this plugin is killing everything.
Anyone having similar issues and if so.....help!
