If you could hire a person to work for you 4 hours a day 6 days a week ..

Greetings Warriors,

For the last 2 years ive been trying to make it in internet marketing, so far im only able to make money offline marketing by creating website, but im tired of that, and this year im willing to do anything to make my dream happend, so i hire a person to work for me 4 hours a day 6 days a week, now what i need is some ideas of daily plans so that person can start working for me ... sorry about my english, .


PS: i have to say i have 15 websites ni several niches, which are the main objective for me to hire that person so i can start making money on those sites.. so plan must be targeted to promote my own sites ... instead of clients sites ...

      And what if the VA is making him $50 per hour? And what if the VA needs to feed his family on more than $260 per month?

    Two scenarios...

    If you are already doing something that works, then use them to leverage some of the tasks so you can focus on the income producing and growth tasks of whatever you are doing.

    If you are not already doing something that works, I would have them focus exclusively on building relationships within whatever niche I'm going into (obviously systematize the relationship building process so there's quality control). I would then spend my time finding something that works.


    Unfortunately too many people try and outsource their businesses before they have businesses. If you don't have something that works, you need to figure that part out before you hire somebody to grow your business.

    Outsourcing is like leverage...it magnifies your gains and your losses. If you don't have gains, it's only going to tack on additional costs.

    Of course this is all "generally speaking"

    I'd get them to do two things:

    Create assets (eg written content, graphics etc) that can be sold.
    Content marketing activities, social media etc.
    Signature
